Privately owned and family operated since 2013, Frank & Linda have initiated a new vision for the former Howqua Caravan Park and are dedicated to its transformation and ongoing improvement...

Our family friendly resort offers a variety of accommodation - from ensuite studios to deluxe two and three bedroom cabins and cottages, a lodge for bigger groups and a choice of powered/unpowered camping sites suitable for vans, motor homes and tents or long term (annual) holiday sites... Sorry no pets.

Our accommodation options are complimented by beautifully maintained and clean recreational facilities & amenities including; general store, function room, lagoon pool, mini-golf, tennis courts, concrete boat ramp and much more... with public access available...

The general store offers fresh produce and takeaway foods, fantastic coffee a bottleshop and much much more. Our welcoming staff are only too willing to make sure you have the best experience possbile.

Along the 500km sealed tourist path you will find bustling Mansfield (20mins), Mt Buller (40 mins), the local Mansfield Zoo showcasing awesome Lion feeding a Hedge Maze, historical Jamieson, the Kevington Pub for the best Chicken Parmagina in the High Country and the Vintage Car Museum, not to mention bush walking amid the beautiful hills.
