Grampians National Park

Grampians National Park

The Grampians are a group of five breathtaking sandstone mountains running north to south with sharp and stony slopes on its eastern side and gentler slopes on its west side. This resulted from the earth’s movements tilting and lifting the tough sandstones to form an imposing scenery of valleys and peaks. There are also lookouts with gorgeous scenic views and plenty of dramatic waterfalls. The Grampians has many holiday parks listed with Campstay and is a popular destination for its art galleries, wildlife parks, biking trails, and mining tours. Make sure you come and see age-old Aboriginal rock art in cultural sanctuaries around the national park, signs of Aboriginal people's long affiliation with the Grampians. Visit Manja Shelter, Billimina Shelter and Gulgurn Manja Shelter while you’re in the area. Booking your next Grampians National Park holiday adventure has never been easier. Campstay offers a great selection of camping options in and around Grampians National Park which include family friendly camp sites, motorhome and campervan powered sites, caravan sites and cabins.
